Mike Gallagher.

Home Base:  Texas, I think.

Ego.  A real psychologist's dream here!  Mike has the self-esteem of an anorexic domestic abuse victim who was a middle child.  He says his name so often on the show that even the commercials ooze with reminders of who you're listening to.  He's not the only host to have an email address or phone number with his name in it, but he packs more eponymous references per air minute into his programming than any other three hosts out there.  Based on the sales of his recently-released book, he's well-known enough that the constant announcements are unnecessary.  But, they're damned funny.

Politics.  Traditional conservative.  Doesn't think animal rights trump people rights, opposes gay marriage and judicial activism, focuses on the nastiness of liberal attacks.

Quotes.  "Hi, John, you're on the Mike Gallagher show."  "Let's kick it around a bit today on the Mike Gallagher show."  "Do you think I'm wrong?  Call me and we'll talk about it on the Mike Gallagher show."

Quirks.  His love of his pets is sincere and touching.  He helped organize a relief effort to rescue animals abandoned in New Orleans in the wake of hurricane Katrina, and his site has features like the 10 Commandments for Responsible Pet Ownership.  Any diatribe claiming that conservatives are coldhearted is disproven here.  You might not agree with what Mike has to say, but you can't claim he isn't a caring man.

Rhetoric.  Mike's always happy to point out how mean-spirited and inconsistent liberals are.  Like many conservatives, he thinks if he claims this often enough it will be fact.  In truth, he's more than happy to be inconsistent himself, and is no stranger to using the high ground of having his own show to claim he's correct.
